Cuomo fearful of a potential Rudy Giuliani candidacy for NY Gov ‘10

MYFOXNY.COM - NY Post Columnist Fred Dicker says New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is privately letting Rudy Giuliani know that he might want to reconsider a run for governor.

Cuomo wants the top spot in Albany.

Giuliani is expected to make it official in the coming weeks.

"Cuomo would prefer the Republican party's top candidate not run against him," Dicker told Good Day NY's Rosanna Scotto.

As for the incumbent- Governor David Paterson: "he's at the weakest level we've ever seen for a governor."
